In order to deliver the best candidates, SI Placement utilizes a comprehensive and knowledge-driven methodology for each search. After first gathering detailed information from the client about the nature of the position, the work environment, the kind of individual being sought and the expected salary range, we marshal that information to create a well-defined position profile.

SI Placement then collects information about current market conditions and compensation data relevant to the position. Armed with that information, our placement consultants launch a focused search, tailored to meet the needs of the client and aimed at identifying the most suitable candidates.

SI Placement is committed to keeping communication channels open during the search process and provides periodic progress reports as potential candidates are identified and evaluated.

Stringent Screening
Our stringent screening procedures make the difference. SI Placement's rigorous standards and knowledge of the security and investigative industries guarantee that our candidates are thoroughly screened before they meet our clients. Our placement consultants conduct lengthy, in-depth and in-person interviews with candidates being considered for presentation to clients.

Security & Investigative Placement Consultants also uses a detailed, proprietary questionnaire to collect information about candidates' work experience, areas of specialization, educational background, and career goals. A preliminary background check of all individuals under consideration by SI Placement is made before anyone is interviewed by our clients. Only those candidates who clear that hurdle are presented to clients.

Presenting The Candidate
Security & Investigative Placement Consultants provides clients with relevant information gleaned from interviews with candidates when they are introduced. After clients have reviewed our information, placement consultants are ready to coordinate all candidate/client interviews.

All candidates who qualify as finalists for a position then undergo additional screening by SI Placement. At this point, all references are interviewed and discrete overtures are made to our knowledgeable sources and industry contacts to develop additional background information.

Active Assistance
Security & Investigative Placement Consultants provides active assistance during the decision-making and hiring process. This includes participation in the negotiations on compensation and other issues. We will also remain involved as the new employee transitions into the position.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any placement by SI Placement is guaranteed for six months from the date the candidate becomes your employee. If employment is terminated for any reason, SI Placement will reopen the search and locate a replacement on a best efforts basis at no additional charge.
